View Full Version : Need alittle help with where to go in Mod 9!

I have a dwarf str based rogue/ranger(10/6). He is a tempest.
Stats are w/items 28(Rams Might 30),24,26,16,22,16. HP(before I finish Min II helm) 379. Will take GTWF in Mod 9.

Will go Acro II next Mod-so plan on taking rogue dex 3(pre-req) and at level 20 putting stat point into dex until +3 tome is pulled;)

My question is-I was thinking about taking 2/2 for two more minutes of Rams Might and resists, as well as picking up +3 Barkskin for a 12/8 Rogue(Acro II)/(Tempest).

Is is worth taking 2 more levels of ranger or should I go fighter(for the feats), Monk(for the AC/feats). Barbarian(for the HP/and speed increase)

I am not a toon expert, so any pros/cons is greatly appreciated.

P.S. For the guys last night that helped me get SoS flagged(from the start) and for the SoS run-a great thanx goes out!!! First go on DT got +3 cha skills, +6 intel and Crippling!:D

Rogue 13 gets you another Special Ability: Crippling Strike & Improved Evasion > Barkskin.

So you say take Rogue to level 13. What about the other level. Monk? Fighter?

If you are Lawful I would grab Monk for the AC and free feat. Ranger7 would also be ok, although not my first choice. I would go Rog14 before splashing Fighter...

Rog13 also gets you another die of SA which is always nice.
