I just want to say that even though last year i havent played for the most of the year i kept paying , and that everytime i did take a break i kept paying in the hope it would help the development grow for the community ,this time i wont .

My account runs out tomorrow the 22 nd .

I wanna take a few minutes to thank you guys for all the great times we had in the 3 + years i have been playing .
I had the chance to meet great people , guys and gals alike i wanna thank all the people that helped me out in my noob year (1st year altough some would debate its still is my noob year lol).

I also wanna apologize to newer players for my lack of patience sometimes altough i think i improved a lot on that .:)

This game as been a great part of my hobbies in the last 3 years for the most part i hardly controlled my gaming time lol i would delay a lot of stuff .Altough after mod 4 it was a lot easier to control game time .

I loved the first year in this game the mods were awesome and for that i thank you turbine who ever was in charge of the first 12 months in this game did a great job .

I also wanna thank people with different opinions on a lot of things, that helped me broaden my horizons, i have had many very interesting discussions . Many great laughs . Different cultures , professionnal backgrounds, religions ,political opinions . A gold mine for someone curious about general stuff .

I think i will be back for mod 9 altough i have lost a lot of great friends and this was the main reason to log on on a daily basis .

So to all that have been friends i wanna thank you for everything and you too i apologize for sometimes my more emotionnal rather than rationnal reactions .

My brother deleted his characters today and i know he didnt want to talk about it even with me, because he didnt wanna be influenced to not delete them he has been thinking about it lately , i am not deleting as i want to keep the return option possible .

So from my brother a big thanks to all who helped him and made him laugh and had a great time with him he wont forget you guys and we hope to see you again in here or other games .But hes less likely to be back than me he still has mortix i think thats not deleted so if you wanna catch him with a quick bye he has like 10 days left .

Oh boy, 2+ years ago back on Tharashk, it would never have occurred to me to post anything on a Gax goodbye thread except "cya". Happily though, things change, and so did we over the last couple of years. So, I regret seeing you go, but like many others, I expect that you'll find your way back when things in DDO-land become interesting again. As for BW, I hope he hasn't cashed in his chips for the last time. I hope that, somewhere down the road, DDO will catch his interest again, too.

Glad to hear you are just taking a break and will be back.

Even though I probably teamed more with you than your bro (even though he was in Legion for a bit), I found you both to be solid in gaming and good guys to team with.

Of course you always made me laugh more than he did (seemed way too serious).

Anyways... my gaming has been cut down to about 5 hours a week, vs. about 25 at my peak last year.

Between the lag and fixes and changes and lack of content and a world to explore... it's more like picking up a deck of cards and playing the same game of black jack or war or gin with your friends every once in a while.

I'm so sickly bored of the game that the only reason I haven't cancelled my sub, is the pathetic hope that mod 9 will be worth waiting for. At this point, from all I've heard, I'm pretty sure my sub will be done a month after the release and the game will follow suit shortly after.

My prediction is this game doesn't have much time left, unless some big company buys them out and / or they get some investment to try and salvage it.

Anyways.. hope I'm around when you get back.
