Glancing blows and tactics question

Is it possible to hit multiple mobs with a tactic say trip or stunning blow with a Two handed weapon? Also, can you get sneak attacks with glancing blows if the mobs are not targeting you?

Not with glancing blows.

You need a Cleave or Great Cleave effect for this.
