All of my Characters were wiped!!!!!!

I was online playing Saturday and as I was playing I was booted to the character creation screen. I had assumed that one of the servers holding charcter information had gone down because I had no characters.
I logged on today and checked my other account on same server and found that that one was golden. I then logged onto account that had had the problem and found all characters were still wiped but I could create new characters.
I have been playing this game since its Beta period and have collected quite a bit of gear not to mention time on these characters. I would like to get this account restored.

Everytime I have heard of this, it ended up the person was looking at the wrong server.... may want to double check that you clicked on the right one.

Please doublecheck you are logging onto the correct server.

I really hope the 2 that have posted prior to me are correct in their assumption. Get back to us and let us know what happens.
