Agreed. I went out and played around with mine in Llama Land and they still rip it up. Basically the only thing that is going to change will be other people may get to deal the killing blow with the extra swing or two it takes to actually kill something after it is out of con.

Which is why most are crying they are going to quit. They want to have the mammoth kill counts because they have WOP weapons. Now they will not get that kill count because WOP will not kill them outright. They will becaome the same as WOE. Some use them but for only certain circumstances. Its really an ego thing. If some people cant be better then anyone else they will cry about it and quit. I say bye bye to them the games better off without the ego.

I've used w/e weapons extensively and they are nowhere near as powerful. w/p, while not killing the monster will still cause a massive drop in HP while giving stat damage. w/e mitigates some of the damage taken in melee with the drop in STR but it's pretty much like straight DPSing a monster.

Who cares really about the w/p fix. It just makes it more in line with the other stat damagers. Personally, I like weakening/enfeebling on the caster trash since it disables their spell casting abilities. If the implementation of the stat damage means that 0 for any stat makes the target unable to move/defend, all it does is make ALL stat damagers valuable, not just w/p.
