Running vista? If so, there is a known issue and to fix it you need to go into your ddo install dir (not the lamannia one) and run an app. I cannot remember the exact name but it is something like TurbineRegisterGDF.exe. Hope that helps. You can search for better details.

Anyone find a fix for the Vista issue or do we need to install the client again? I found the TurbineRegisterGDF file however running it dose not fix the problem. I have completly removed the test server as well, no dice.
