Error 21001

I realize it's the long weekend but I am posting here on the off chance it may be seen quicker than a phone call would.

My husband is unable to login with his account. The error is as follows:

The system was unable to retrieve your account information at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. [ERROR 21001]

Looking up the error gives me this result

We are currently still experiencing some login issues; however if you keep attempting to login you should get through (it make take several attempts). If you know the account is active, please keep trying. If you want to confirm that it's active, please contact the Account Management department and they will be happy to assist.

We don't have a specific ETA on the fix to allow more consistent logins. We will post an update as soon as more info is available.
