Some stat advice on battery build

Already have an offensive caster cleric and looking to make a halfling healer. I want to go all cleric levels and want to get as many DVs as I can. What would you guys suggest for starting WIS/CHA?

Well if you really want to have a battery cleric drow would be better, but as halfling max your cha and put a bit in con the rest in wis take extra turning and that will boost your dvs but its not so great at end game, I have a drow cleric with 22 dvs and she really cant add that much to a high level caster, On my halfling cleric I took the dragonmarks of course and then dvine healing its more useful later on I think
