Transmuting Weapons

With the change to the Transmuting effect on weapons, would it not make sense to change the name for accuracy? Rather than call it Transmuting why not change it to Metalline which, if I recall correctly, is an existing ability that has an identical effect to the new description.

Also will the enhancement value be ammended as it will be less useful; such that it won't junk up your loot pulls on random chests?

btw: anyone know the current enhancement value of transmuting?
