Being reduced to 0 constitution will no longer kill players or monsters. They will be stunned for a short period of time and then behave as if they had been reduced to 0 in any other ability score. (Automatic criticals, etc.) This change applies to all ability scores
With the change made to regen ability scores at 1/min, will creatures (including us assumed) be stunned for the whole minute, or is it some fraction. Seeing that currently as players, we cannot perform any action at all while at 0 in any ability, being stunned for that whole minute wouldnt be all that different for us, but at least we wouldnt have 0 STR mobs hitting us for 50pts (as they would be stunned and not moving).
So ... what is "a short period of time" ????

I'm going to guess one round - three seconds.

I'm guessing as long as an ogre stuns himself, since it's already in game, thats just a guess.

I made a thread about that this morning (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=178206). Ideally, it'd be great to use it to list all the vagueness in the game.

Yeah ... I hadnt seen that thread. You should add this one to your list. Maybe one of them will get answered. Since this one is directly related to THE hot topic at the moment, I figured I would post a specific narrow question. Worst that can happen is we get no answer, and we have the same amount of info we have now. :D
EDIT: I suppose we will find out exactly how long it is once the llama is up for play test, one way or another.

I will. It would be cool if someone would bump it.
