I'm newly returning to DDO. I previously had a main character that I played on a server that is different than the one I'm playing on now, where my newfound game buddies are. I wanted to transfer my main from Thelanis to Argo. Last week, I heard about the bonus xp/loot weekend so requested the paid transfer in what I thought was plenty of time to be able to do, so that I could create a new character using the favor of my main and binge all weekend with the new 32-point alt. It's now almost a week later, and I've received no transfer, or any confirmation/questions about it from Turbine. The FAQ says 1-2 business days, so I figured that was believable.
How can I go about finding a reliable and immediate fix for this situation? Apologies if I posted in the wrong forum, no "premium services" thread.

Sometimes it does take a bit longer, specially if you do it on friday afternoon, not saying you did btw.
As far as confirmation, you should have received an email stating that you requested a transfer and that no money would be taken until the actual transfer was complete. If you didnt, you quit possibly may not have.
I actually dont really know your particular case, but i've done a dozen of these, so i thought i'd interject. Sometimes, however, they do get behind and it can take some time.

I understand all that, I guess the main question I was asking is where I can go to find the actual answers for those things? Is this the best place to ask what happened or will sending a ticket or making a phone call give better results?

The forms have been updated, so you won't get a confirmation email anymore. Instead you'll get a confirmation message on the website after you submit the request.
Please be sure that you fill out ALL of the fields, as the forms aren't as strict right now, and will let you submit incomplete forms (which delays the process for you).
Turn around on all Premium Services is about a week and a half at the moment, due to the large number of requests in the queue (as well as the recent downtime).
If you PM me your username (game login) and email address, I can confirm if we've received the request. (Please do NOT put your username in a forum post for your account security.) ;)
