I mean I read the release note too fast and got the fact you can take skill mastery more than once mixed up with all those feats.... :o

Rad II still ends up being a "must have", though if the whole mod launches at once I can see making a new character making a Min II before making a Rad II (so you can get enough ingreds for your Rad II, lol!).

This finishes the "str vs dex" debate, though.

Not seeing what you mean here. With assasin3, it seems to me having sneak attack as often as possible is a must.
