Need to update card infomation?

So my credit card was well cloned I guess you could say and I cancelled it and had to wait for a new one to arrive. So I removed the card in my account yesterday I think. Then it seems my account is to cancel today, and I would like to put my new card infomation in. But alas cant, do we have any idea when the account thing will be up and running?
