I ran with a few of your guys early the other morning when you all were flagging toons for Shroud and I just wanted to give you guys a shout out.

I've had the pleasure to be able to run with one of your guys with pink hair quite often :) (great player - his bard actually tanks better then some tanks ive had in a party ) lol and the other morning was the first time that I was able to run with you (Alter). I havent had a bad experience yet ....when I am forming a raid, quest, etc Darpa is definitely one of the guilds that is on the top of the list.

pretty harsh alter.. but really guys, if you're not an idiot, darpa is a good guild. i am a former member and left with no bad feelings toward the guild at all. truth be told, if i didnt have a couple of idiot children playing the game and insisting to be in the same guild as me, i'd probably still be there but i dont want alter's guild rep sullied by the actions of a 10 year old.... kids are dumb. :)

Thumbs Up Alter. Darpa has made my list of "Quality Guilds" and I expect it will find its way to many more folks lists as well...

I'm a new D.A.R.P.A. member since a week now. When Alter wanted to recruit me he told me to go to their site to see the rules and the philosophy of the guild. One of the rules scared me a bit. "After 30 days you have to bring all your active toons to the guild" I wasnt sure about this but I understood the reason behind this.

24 hours later, I asked Alter to invite my 11 active toons.

They share the raid loot as any good guild should do to equip their members the best way. Philosophy: if a member is better geared... the guild is better.

I am the one who hates myDDO a lot. More on Thelanis than any other servers, party leaders often use that bugged tool to be selective. Since a week now I click and join. Party leaders doesnt seem to waste time looking at my greensteel underwears. They see DARPA and they know that there is no gimps in that guild. Abbott, VoD, ToD, epic stuffs... Click and go kill :)

His name is Mizztah and whenever he sees me online he links me his Vile Blasphemy with a witty comment to go with the tell. He has two of them and it makes me cry inside every time, even though I link my Xachosien Eardweller afterwords. He is just too uber and I don't think I can handle it. I think there should be some kind of punishment for this kind of behavior.

What we offer as a guild.

While I meet none of the requirements, make terrible melees, couldn't keep up with killcounts if my life depended on it, I made a request using the internet, and that counts for a lot. I am thinking the only thing I am not sure about is the requirement that all alts be enrolled in DARPA after one month. Is this to keep active players or to maximize guild reknown returns on recruited player investment? If it's the former then I can attest that I can't help but to play every day so it wouldn't be a problem; if it's the latter I am a loyal nerd and cannot pull my main on your server from his current guild; and thus would have to retract my application.

Solid guild & players. If they join your lfm, rest assured any quest/ raid at any difficulty you're getting players from the top of the food chain on Thelanis.

When I have lfm's up, and Darpa members join, my success rate increases dramatically.

We have simple rules and adhere to higher standards.

I wouldn't say that we are elitist, as many elite guilds would probably attest.

We are definitely not the most warm, fuzzy, nanny-handed guild on the server.

If you can not carry your own weight, do not expect us to carry it for you.
