My guild was running upgrades in Necropolis couple of days ago. I had my silver flame necklace which I keep on my tool bar for easy access. After I clicked on the alter it disappeared. It is not in my inventory. I went to the bank and methodically moved every item in my 5 pages of backpack inventory. No necklace. The character I'm doing this on is capped - I thought no problem I'll just get another trinket. Unfortunately, the Silver Flame guy says he can't give me another as its currently in my inventory. I can take the Sovereign Host trinket destroy it - reset the silver flame trinket quest and still no dice - he says he can't give me another cause I already have one.
If so - where is it???\
I logged out and logged back in hoping that might resolve it - again no luck.
I have submitted a ticket but after waiting 90 mins for a response I had to leave for work. I log back on - they came on like 5 mins after I left and closed the ticket.
I have submitted a 2nd ticket with the above information at 12:50 am it is now 2:37am EST and still no response. I'm beginning to think CS will wait until I log off then respond to the ticket - by closing it a 2nd time.
I have been playing the game for almost 3 yrs, I have 2 accounts and I am very unhappy with the response time. I've been in Technical Support for over 10 years and having to wait over 90 mins and then have the ticket closed is unacceptable.
