This build should be a great Intimitank with Evasion. In a pinch, you can switch to GTWF. With Power Attack, Drow Rapier Enhancements, and Fighter specialization and Specialization ehancements, the damage should be decent

Wasn't being creative enough. I will switch focus from dex to str, drop weapon finesse and pickup a tower shield and another feat.

I'm not sure what classifies as oversized.

The extra -2 penalty is trivial compared to -7 for combat expertise and tower shield. You should have no trouble hitting stuff in the pseudo DPS mode.
