Dragontouched - the same Tempest effect 3x now... [Archive]

I don't know if I am just unlucky on my Tempest rune upgrade, but this is the 3rd run in a row that has given Earthgrab Guard. These runes were not stacked as they were applied after being pulled/bought with draconic runes.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I got True Seeing 3 out of 4 times once. I think it's probably just bad luck.

I've heard rumors about effect not showing up properly when keeping the armor equipped but not sure if true. I always unequip my armor myself.
Also, I had a few cases where the crafting did not go through because of the stupid bug where it says you're out of range of the altar. So I thought my effect was the same, when actually nothing had happened.
That being said, it's quite possible you were unlucky.

this will be more difficult using Tempest runes but I gathered as many possible Eldritch runes and stuck them in a med? red bag to hold. when I collected 2 of one type of rune I would apply it and then mark it at the bottom of the bag (pull out two use one then return the other to the bag at the bottom)

This was the plan, what ended up happening was I never or very rarely got a second one, what happened was I recieved one of each type ALL the way down the ladder of possibilities. After having applied close to 20 runes can you guess which one was the +5 resistance? Yep the last one. My guess is its NOT very random there is an algortihim used thats jacked. Just like rolling 10 <5's in a row...nice randomness.

I have had this happen... had to take it off and put it back on before the new effect showed in the text.
