Did the devs not like that we were running it too much? Is that why they had the second set of defenders run away from you, artificially extending the length of the quest? When did they break this quest?

I think that's part of the general bugginess with anything that looks like a dog. They all run away, slide around when held/hypnotized, etc. Definitely annoying, but not new...hopefully it will get fixed someday (without breaking something else in the process).

I'm torn on this behavior:

On the one hand, it is irritating as hell, but on the other I find it an interesting return to the 'I' part of AI--animals would normally run away from creatures obviously not suitable for food and obviously tough. At the very least, after they got hit a little...

Doesnt explain moving while held. Also labeling an obvious bug "I" in AI is a stretch.
