We are a guild of adults who enjoy grouping with individuals who are dedicated to having fun, keeping drama to a minimum, and operate on a 'need before greed' basis. We are family and couples oriented and understand that real life comes first. Our member's play styles are varied: from casual players to power leveling zergers with a focus on END GAME and constant raiding.

Inferus Sus has an active raid schedule and raiding is encouraged by all members. We do observe one rule of recruitment and that is you must have at least one capped toon for recruitment consideration.
Guild funded and supported raids. All supplies are provided by a member donation system, so this means all healing, arcane scrolls, mana pots, ect., needed during GUILD raids are supplied via the Guild Bank system.
What the Guild Bank Is:
The Guild Bank was created to help offset expenditure from guild individuals own private coffers on 12 man guild raids. What we are planning to do is to take this money and place it onto the guild banker. He will store the cash and have sums of monies / supplies available to the guild raids. All officer's will have the name & password and be able to log into the guild bank account and this will ensure a set of checks and balances.
How does the above get implemented:
Basically it works like this...say we are running a Vision raid and we have 2 cleric's, we log the banker on and have him supply the haggle toon with the Plat who in turn buys the raid supplies. These supplies then are disseminated evenly amongst the clerics involved in that raid. Also, the Guild Bank will be used to buy other resources and necessities such as scrolls and wands that are consumed during the specific raid. All we ask is when the raid is over ALL REMAINING RESOURCES SHALL BE GIVEN BACK to the bank so he can store them for the next raid. As a raid participant, we ask that you supply a weapon, piece of armor or such that you would normally sell to a vendor to the Guild Bank that can be sold or auctioned to help fund the numerous raids. Since we are such a heavy raiding guild we do not want any one toon to feel the specific financial burden that can come from Clericing our numerous guild raids.
We are actively recruiting! please stop by our website @: INFERUS SUS (http://inthecore.com/ddo/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=125) and read our guidelines and apply if interested or participate in our forums. We look forward to seeing you in Ebberon.
Thank you for your time,
The Inferus Sus Officer Core.

Are people who are not level 16 yet welcome?
Because I started to sign up, but in their forums the last person to apply was rejected for being only level 7.
Two friends and I have been playing together and are starting to look for a larger group to play with.

Thank you for your interest. Yes, our rule still stands that you need to have at least one capped toon for Guild Membership. The reason behind this is there are a lot of Veterans in our guild that currently have all or mostly all capped toons and we spend roughly 80% of our time Raiding. This leaves very few people that are currently leveling toons and we would not want any new Guild members to feel left out and not have the availability of Senior Guild Members to run lower level quests. While we would love to have a variety of levels, our main goal at this time is for Raiding and End Game content. Please feel free to look up any member of Inferus Sus that may currently be leveling a toon (there are a few) and feel free to join their groups so we can get to know you. Once you have attained your first capped toon we like to look at getting recruits in on our raids to see if not only are you a fit for us but that you like our play style as well. Please feel free to look any IS member up in Game or post any questions you have on the Inferus Sus forums at http://www.inthecore.com/ddo/ .

Along those lines--I have a level 9 ranger that I am working on now: Sockin. If you see me on with this guy, look me up--I'd love to get to know you guys.

Our member's play styles are varied: from people just joining the game, to power leveling zergers with a focus on END GAME and constant raiding.
That's cool you require a capped toon, but the original post here doesn't mention it. You may want to edit your recruiting materials.

I apologize for the confusion in the statement above. While we do have a couple of people that are fairly new to the game or were experienced players from another server, there have been exceptions made, but they are kept to an absolute minimum. We like to recruit people that have some experience already playing DDO and that have a chance at staying with DDO long term. We feel if you have at least one toon that is capped it presents a better opportunity that you might stay with DDO longer then someone who only has a level 3-4 toon for example and have not experienced end game content yet. Our Guild Leader, Officers and even members invest a lot of time and resources in helping to make each member of our team as successful as possible by outfitting them and mentoring them along with implementing the "Need Before Greed" raiding tatics and in doing so are hoping they say with us long-term.
But as you have mentioned it does sound contradictory and I will see that the statement gets altered and additional information is provided, thank you for letting us know.

Just to clarify. Capped means capped on Thelanis?
In the case of immigrants from another server where they have one or more capped characters?
The pugs I have joined have nearly always had one of your guild members and they have all been a pleasure to share a run.

Capped means capped on Thelanis. Inferus Sus only exists on Thelanis, we do not spread out to other servers.
So if ya have capped toons here and are interested in joining, drop a line at our website in the apps thread:

Any idea when you guys are gonna accept applications again? You guys accepted an old guildmate of mines recently (Lineer, Igee) and would like to join your ranks, I think I'd be an asset to your guild. I'm a Day 1 vet got a capped toon ready togo (Grun). Let me know....

That isn't a problem, flagging for them can be done in short order. Drop by http://www.inthecore.com/ddo and fill out an application.

Giving this a bump as there's some euro players who have been contacting me after recognising my characters from Keeper.
If you were on Keeper and well known by me or any of the other Sus players from there then full out an app so we can get you in some runs and show what you got ;)

Not sure if this is by design (as in, new applications aren't really open), but seems the "new user registration" on thier website isn't working.

I went and checked and it appears to be working. Try a different browser if it's giving you odd errors. You may have hit a time when the website had a wobbly (backup or whatever)
Applications are open.

Yup, looks good now, I must have hit it during a backup or something. I tried a couple browsers when it happened, and all had the same reaction.
Thanks :)

For those of you that were attempting to register on the website between 1/30 and 2/11, the confirmation emails were not being sent. As of typing this its been fixed. Stagnant registrations get auto removed after a time, so those of you that had registered in that time period, will need to re-register again.
Sorry about that everyone, I would have had it fixed earlier if I realized there was a problem.
PS, please remember to use http://www.inthecore.com/ddo when registering. If you leave the www off, it will give you a blank white screen, coded that way on purpose to kill some of the spam bots that are out there.
