Why take OTWF before GTWF? Also, no Improved crit, I guess mineral IIs could fix that but still. And the whole WF thing with no khopesh sucks to me, might as well go Dorf and pick up free Daxes and get +2 to hit and +2 to damage instead of -3 to hit and +3 to damage from WF PA. You'll still give +6 to damage from your song, but with out inspire greatness and the rest of the upgrades your to hit will be much more lacking than a pure bard. I'd rather just go 15 bard.

14 bard 6 ranger human is a far better build in my opinion. I agree with the barnacle of a blue whale comment by Gunga..
