dx10 issue

I cant seem to get directx 10 to work its missing the set up parameters . Anyone know how to restore the parameters for dx10 to use it in the game ?

Well it seems somehow it kept the compatability mode box checked when i reinstalled the game for some reason . I unchecked it and it works just fine . I had to however look other than here for the answer . lol . thanks guys . lol
