1 of 3 rare encounters. where other 2??

Devourer shrine is in the ocean kinda near where the water is frozen

Down the hill from the Misery's Peak/Sacrifices area. Right next to the rare spider.

The other 2 rares (besides the spider) are
Ice Mephit - in the river
Sahuagin - on the pile of rocks in the water by the tree shrine (lookout exploration point)

one rare is a fishman baron, up by the out look
another is a mephit by sacrifices
third is by miserys peak
