Question about feat exchange

ok so say I have a 12 strength and i take a level of monk, and get Toughness

then a few levels later i eat a +1 strength tome which makes me elegible for power attack

can i exchange toughness for power attack then or because i didnt have a 13 strength when i took the monk level will it not allow me too?

it *should* let you.. although you didn't have the STR required, you were still able to get it, pending lower base str.. now that you have lower base str it shouldn't be a problem.

I've been in your situation with other feats, for me it seemed to be a lvl thing.. (i can't switch out a feat i took at lvl one to make room for greater twf cuz at lvl 1 greater twf was not available)

In my opinion you should be ok..
