Ok so after a two year break I'm back with a vengeance. Been polishing my twitch skills and re-familiarizing myself with the game. I found some really nice Heavy Repeaters and have been itching to roll a new toon so here is my idea. I wanted halfling rogue that could handle any trap/lock, decent sneak damage and a good diplo to keep mobs off my back while specializing in repeater to lay down silly damage, speed boosts and Acrobat II. On top of that I thought it would be cool to integrate some pally features, most notably divine might. I kept dex high while pumping cha (perhaps a bit too much) for DM, LoH, SE and saves. Heres what I came up with:

Halfway through the design I realized I need Pally 10 for DM II. Still, the numbers look fairly decent from what I can see. I could use some insight from the more experienced builders out there as to whether or not this build will be effective, and if not how it can be improved. It's currently laid out on a 28pt build with no tomes (tho I could probably get my hand on a few +1's). I know the level progression could be better, its a bit of a late bloomer and I think I wasted skill points by adding anything other than diplo on the Pally levels (spot is especially weak).

That being said, a few questions to any who can answer:

1. Are the trapfinding skills enough, or should I look into Skill Focus/Nimble Fingers feats?

2. Would it be worth it to go Pally10/Rogue10 for DM II and some extra Pally enhancements or will I do enough damage with the current enhancements?

3. Is Shot on the Run a must for this kind of build?

4. Are Precise Shot and IPS useful or would IC: Ranged and WF: Heavy Repeater a better choice?

Remember my key goals for this build were:

Use heavy repeater
Open any trap/lock
Good sneak damage
Divine Might
Good UMD
High saves

School me. Class is in session. Thanks.

I was under the impression that the Acrobat PrE would augment my attack speed with a heavy repeater but that doesn't seem the case. I think it may be better to drop Tumble and Balance II and go Mechanic instead to solidify my trapmonkey status. Still, the extra dex/uncanny dodges/movement speed and immune to knockdown are quite tempting.
