I was informed by my bank that Mastercards database was corrupted and that my card has been canceled. A new card should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, but my DDO account comes due March 11, 2009.

Any chance of a short extension until my new card is issued?

This happened to me too, but I was issued a new card right away. I wonder just how many people have been affected by this?

call your bank and they will give you a temp number to use, or let you know how to handle, this is their fault so they need to correct not you or Turbine

Thanks for posting the thread, man. I think a lot of people might be unaware of what happened. The Powers that Be seem to be keeping it pretty quiet. My bank wouldn't even tell me it was Mastercard's database that was corrupted, they just sent me a new card, told me there was a "problem" and that "Mastercard is looking into it now." Right.
I just logged in and corrected my account information.

You can always keep the special price, so long as you don't let the account lapse. Changing the billing number won't harm that.

no but if you werent paying attention and your card messed up and charge got denied it might be a hassle getting it fixed.

If you don't believe you will have a new card prior to your next billing date, please contact the Account Management department for assistance. Options are in my signature.
