Looking for A/C intimi tank build

So, I want to make a WF intimitank. I've been looking around the forums but all the WF tank builds I find are outdated. I have a DoD and crafting or raid loot isn't a concern as I spend most of my time running raids as it is and am patient, +2 tomes and eventual +3's or 4's are fine also. I don't want to go the monk path because I want a nice blocking DR which with the new shields the DoD and the enhancements I believe is very easy to accomplish. I would like the rogue splash for UMD and skill points. I also need decent if not better than decent DPS as I don't want to just be a toaster getting bashed around unable to do much but stand there looking like a mechanical turtle. So, does anyone have a link to help me getting the planning started?

I am also looking for the same thing. I would like to go TWF with heavy picks(I have been collecting them for some time) in DPS mode, but turtle up when needed.

I am thinking 18ftr/2rog just not sure now to do it.

Nice build, but 59AC will do average or SubPar work as a Mod 8 IntimiTank. I expect Mod 9 to bring a lot more damage to "Tanks" that plan on ****ing off a dozen orthons with AC´s in the low 60´s (true-non stars aligned Armor Class - and 59 is this builds ETAC).

You can do it twf-ing on a ranger 18/monk1/rog1... but that's so Mod 8.

So your choices are basically fighter or paladin, using the new Defender of _____ PrE's, and two rogue levels for umd/intim/evasion/etc.

Fighter will have more feats, pali more ac, saves, and self reliance.

Fighter is 'easier' to play, pali is more twitch intensive.

If I were to make a defensive WF pali (with some DPS for when you are not tanking), I would take the following feats:

1. Mithral Body
3. TWF
6. Toughness
9. ITWF
12. Icrit
15. CE
18. Tower Shield (swap to GTWF if using the Reaver shield or the like)

Take your first rogue level at level one, the second at level 7+.

Stats:

S 15
D 15
C 13
I 12
W 8
Ch 13

Decent AC, decent HPs, and decent intimidate combined with the ability to crank some burst DPS when needed. You will have the WF immunities (level drain immunity alone will be great to have in Mod 9), and the ability to be healed by either an arcane or cleric - a big plus for a tank. Your UMD should be 39+, so you will have excellent self reliance.
