Just wondering on Codog's status and if he's still responding to "The Dog House" questions. Have a question which is the 2nd time I've posted it on the last page of his thread and no one has posted anything in a long time. No Codog, no new posts.

Just wondering if you are still with us Codog or what? You leave DDO, fired (not that it's my business), or just too busy with Mod 9 stuff at the moment?

Some existentialists would tell you that Codog never really existed in the first place. Codog was more of an idea than a real person... an idea that codes!!! An idea that just won't stop... an idea that ... what's that... that hasn't read the Dog House in a long time. OOPS! Okay... okay... I guess the Codog is a real and very silly person after all.

Sorry guys... I had 'minor' back surgery earlier in the year and have been struggling to catch up with my work since then. I'm alive, well, and still working on DDO con mucho gusto!

Best wishes,

Codog

PS. I'll try to catch up on the Dog House soon. :-)

Hey, look at that, Codog showed up! ;)

If hirelings are acting like they've been on a little too many meds in M9 now you know why. :D

Wouldn't that be more solipsists or idealists?

Thanks for stopping by Codog. Hope the hirelings get re'embiggened to a higher degree of usefulness.

BTW ... where are we supposedly to leave Mod8Patch3 hireling feedback anyways? Tolero's TellTheTeam sig still points at a closed thread and the closest I see is the December:Hirelings thread. Or is there no longer an official thread?

These Frankensteins are almost useful now. Well at recharging health/mana. Most of them need to take the toughness feat 5 more times.

Sounds like no fun. Hope the recovery's a good trip.

We'll actually have a brand new forum for Hireling discussion once the forum maintenance is done on Tuesday :) which is the perfect place for new feedback on them

Thanks Tolero, Given the hirelings have apparently injured Codog's back (or was it a castle bed defense maneuver?), I wanted to make sure there was somewhere to leave non-bug feedback to help improve them (and later our summons and ?familiars?).

feel better Codog. was really just wondering if you were still out there.

also, btw i like the new hirelings. ya, they need to be able to hit levers and so on, but i have to say the hirelings are awesome. hell, the clerics are better then some real life clerics i know.

it's like don't you see the caster is at half health and casters don't have a lot of hit points?

i'm all for the hirelings chief. i use one in chains of flame all the time to get through there. sometimes even if we have a cleric in the party.

the hireling cleric is MY cleric. :)

that's cool imo.
