Can't find log in server

I'm in the hospital. When I try to log on I gaet to the spalsh screen and the DDO starts looking for the login server. After 20 tries, is disconnects

I this a problem with Turbine servers, or is it possibly the hospital's network.

Also, Do you see any errors,

Its probally going to be the hospitals network thas causing the issue, more then likely.
