Having connections Problems

When I start the game and it is in the "first" phase it says connect and a red X appears and it will try to reconnect every minute. This always fails. I'm kind of at an impass here, I have been on the phone on hold for over an hour. I have went through the knowledge base which has not helped any. My firewall isn't blocking the game, I've restarted, I have connection, all other programs requiring internet access work, etc.

Anyone have any clue? Also, what is the usual wait time when u call the turbine number?
