Question about charcter world transfers

How long after having a character transferred to another server do you have to wait before you can request another transfer for the same charcter? I have seen two timelines mentioned on the FAQ's site. 45 days and 90 days. Which is correct?

45 is the way i remember reading it. dont remember 90 being mentioned, however take that with a grain of salt,i'm getting old. Least i feel like i am lol.
