Rename Tokens?

Hello, I am a player from way back (beta) and had my characters on one of the servers that was migrated. One of my characters shared a name with a character on the new server, so my name had my old server appended to it. I've since re-up'ed my account and started playing again.

I'd like to change my surname, but when I type the command in the chat box it says I have no name change tokens available. I read where anyone who was merged and had a name change was given a rename token.

Am I doing something wrong here or was there a glitch with the rename tokens? Or am I mistaken about there being rename tokens being handed out at the server merge?

Please submit an In-Game Help Request with at least 3 acceptable names you would like and a GM can change this for you.

Sparker, in this same vein...sort of..., are there any plans on a Surname change token coming anytime soon? I'd like to get some of my older toons "in-line" with the family as it were. Thanks.

I have not heard of any plans for this, although it may be something added to the Premium Services in the future.

A change surname option in premium services would be awesome. I know I'd use one. Did you know that there is a /changesurname command listed in /help? Its been there for over a year. Be nice to have the service that goes with it.
