Min2 - Another acid blast trans 0 ac4 trans?

Need advice! My 14/2 Rgr Ftr - str based - has one full acid blast Min2 D-axe and another D-axe through Tier 2. The question is go for another acid blast transmuter or go for the 4 AC from incite transmuter.

He only has a 40 AC with lvl 12 Bark now. My luck with the Icy and Chattering Ring just sucks so far. Will another 4 AC from incite make a difference:
base 10
Bracers 7
Dodge 1
Alchemical 1
Prot 5
Dex 8
Bark 5
tempest 2
haste 1
Total: 40

If my luck turns:
Icy 4
Chattering 3
Incite 4
Ranger Tempest III 2 (more...)
Total: 53

No, DPS ftw.

In my experience...53AC (vs. 49) won't help much at high level content...I would go for the exceptional CON or the DPS.

Having high AC does not mean you will not take damage.
I would go for the +2 con.
