Whenever they grabbed the info for the signatures, you didn't have any characters.

Or the server merge messed things up.

Does it really matter what the reason is? They'll fix it when they fix it.

Considering he has a join date in 2006, I doubt that :D

The char sigs are in beta and are bug ridden. Mine is about 3 levels out of date, and I have TWO copies of one character in my argo listing.

I quit playing after Mod 4 and then continued during Mod 7.
