Im starting a collection of every broke piece of monk look I find.

Not sure how this ended up in the game a +1 enhancment weaking ml 14 race required.

Seriously that should be what ml 9? ml 8? Not a quest reward for a lvl 18 quest.

Please file a Bug Report and include where the item was obtained (which quest rewarded the item, what difficulty was the quest on, which chest dropped the item etc) for our QA Department to review further.

eh.. its not like i CANT say that i dont like certain devs... i think Tolero, Eladrin,and that wonderful mod that i saw in the Reaver raid when it was completed, Quarion, are totally wonderful!

i just think that Sparkers a "butthead" for lack of better words =)
