Dragontouched armor stacking question

I have my dragontouched armor (robe) for my sorcerer, Surhi. The sovereign ruin gave me greater elemental spell power (+100 sp) which stacks with my staff of magi.

My questions are:

1. Has anyone gotten the tempest rune effect of Wizardy VI on the same item as the elemental power? If so did you get an additional +250 sp from the one item?

2. If you only received the Wizardry VI bonus, did it stack with other spell point items (rings, rods, etc)?

3. If you got both the sovereign and tempest spell point boosts (+250sp), did that stack with other SP boosting items?

1. These stack on Greensteel and should stack on DT armor.

2. Wiz VI will not stack with other Wizardry or Power (ie Power 10) effects.

3. These bonuses will not stack with bonuses of the same name but will stack with bonuses of different names (for the purpose of this statement power=wizardry).

The 100 sp doesnt stack with teir 3 shroud 100 sp, and yes it stacks with wiz 6.
