Patcher blocked

Hi,

Yesterday night I played as usual. This morning I was trying to log in but the patcher is blocked to the second step: Examine Programs. The connection is good, I tryed to set the firewall down, close everything else, but all of this doesn't work.
Some advice?

Vista or XP?

Did Windows install any updates last night that might have changed something?

If you are using Vista, are you running the game in Windows XP compatibility mode?
