Monk Respec Question

Can you respec your "light" / "Domination" whatever that path choice is like you can a normal feat?

Trying to decide if I should wait for monk PRE's to start building a monk or if everything will be respec-able should I regret my choice later.

Lol cool - the light path is obviously the path to go for current content - but since I will have to pay for a character transfer to even get a new toon - I didn't want to regret any build decisions the moment those PRE's are announced.

Anyone know if those are planned for MOD 9 or for after 9?

The only thing that would make me want to go dark is if they put a rereq on Ninja Spy having Dark path, and ninja spy also has a significant boost to sneak attacks.

If they do that I'd have to make some very tough decisions between my current addiction to Fist of Light (an addiction that goes so far as having built my character around it, with healing amp enhancements and items) and my other current addiction to Unbalancing Strike (which I got more addicted to once I got Thrane's Goggles)...
