This is getting infuriating!

So there is no longer chat support. And instead of being able to call from 9 AM - 9 PM, now you can only call between 4:00 PM - 8:45 PM EST. So I called at 7:20 PM EST on Friday and it says the offices are closed. And that means waiting until Monday.

C'mon guys, get it together! What time must we call!? I am trying to fix a bug on my account!
