Reconstruct Ques

Was wondering if anyone had the answer to this. I have 2 capped WF sorc that are equipped with reconstruct. The spell says that reconstruct gives a maximum of 150 hps. However, when I got my first one to cap (28 pt build), I noticed it would throw off 250 pts of hp. I figured this was due to my superior potency club I carry. Anyways, when I got my second one to cap (32 pt build), I noticed it only gives off 150 hps.

Both carry Sup Potecy clubs, and are geared up in a similiar way. The first is fire specked and the second death specked. Both have a minos helm and keep maximize and empower on almost all the time. Not sure what the difference is. Is this a bug? If it is not, I'd like to figure out how to get the 250 repair on my second toon. Any ideas?

Do both have superior potency 6 items? Does one have repair/force enhancements? Was the 250 a crit? 150 sounds like you have none of them, while 250 sounds like you have repair/force 3 and superior potency 6.

Well I have Sup Potency (whatever the maximum is 6 or 7) for both. Maybe I grabbed a repair/force enhancement on one of them. Let me check that out. Also, thinking about it again, I am not positive it is 250. It might be 225, but it is well over 150. OK, good suggestion on where to look.
