anyone still skinning?

looking to put some time and effort into making one sweet ui.

however, trying to get some information on this is like trying to lead a horse to water and make him drink by punching him in the side....

so -- if anyone has some experience with the ui, can you please pm me, i've got a few simple questions before i get started.

And but for the fact that Turbine is obviously not 'still skinning', I would love to use Lite Red Black.

I gave up working on one a while ago when there seriously was no assistance form Turbine re DDO skinning. Everything they put in was geared towards LOTRO and with my lack of experience in the subject the uphill battle was just a bit much for me.
