has anyone else had a problem trying to redeem a credit earned through Turbine's referral program? I have been trying for several months and have been given responses ranging from, "the system is temporarily down, to "Your rebilling isn't due for a while, why are you worrying about it now?". Just wondering if this is an isolated issue, or if Turbine is essentially renigging (sp?) on this promised offer.
Also, if this post is a violation of forum guidelines, I appologize in advance and shame on you!

From my own personal experience, I have received 2 referral bonuses in the last 2 months. I checked my account details when the people I referred hit their respective 30 day marks.
If the billing servers were up, it would say when you are due to receive the credit.

I have been trying to cash in this credit since late October. I have confirmed that the credit is good by actually talking to a real live over the phone honest to goodness customer service person. It was that same person that told me, that there seems to be some sort of problem on turbines end, and that i shouldn;t be worried about it anyways because I am on quarterly billing. It IS good to hear that SOMEONE has been able to cash in their referral credits though.

..but have you been able to USE the referral credits. My account says that i have the credit as well, it just wont let me USE it. I get the same error as the person that replied first. Even talking to a live person has not been effective.
