Precious few have the patience, knowledge, and sand to pull them off with regularity.

Stop beating up your raid leaders for whatever slight you think they've done you.

Look, listen, and carry out your instructions. If you've got a better idea, by all means share it....but be ready to have it shot down for some other technique.

Raid leaders deserve our praise when we win, and choruses of noob when we lose!! Or at the very least a round of johnson-stepping/boob-slamming, blacklistings, drama and channel destruction.

I'm also not clear on your definition of Uber, but the Uber players I know hardly have to communicate tactics after the 5th time through the quest.

Meanwhile, you are a fun guy. It grows on the forums like an ancient moss, covering it in a green glow. The sad thing is that moss never becomes more than moss - lowly, clinging and sucking on stones and rough bark. Is is a pretty green though.... very nice to look at, not so nice to lay down in.

ive been in so many drunken raids on khyber and argo that i may be developing a liver/kidney problem. not a one of them failed. and yet, standard pug, no matter the raid, guaranteed 30+% failure.

In fact I'll go a little further and say that 8 uber individuals that play together often and are friends will mop the floor with 12 random individuals with the perfect plan.

The reason is that once the plan goes wrong, the 8 adapt with knowledge of what their friends will do without even having to speak (except for Nick, who screams like a girl every time something happens that surprises him). :)

Nick always recovers....if he's on his caster, he'll nuke...if hes on his barb, he kills....if he's on his cleric, he'll rez you...with a bladebarrier....

Tactics are what you employ in order to ensure the death of anyone that goes AFK in a quest, no matter how difficult killing them may actually be. Grease clickies and the first step in the Subterrain are always fun ;)
