You know after these past few weeks. we really should get some free game time. random crashes in middle of quests. and so on. i mean hell server went down 3 times near end of quests 2 shroud and one that wasn't. Talk about a waste of time.

yes i doubt it would ever happen, but its the simple fact we pay for a game to be running right. not for it to keep crashing without any warnings.

only problem with that is that it might not be turbines fault... unless they have a dedicated team of IT personell keeping watch over the servers 24/7, I more than likely bet the servers are somewhere else and turbine doesnt control them, just the software on them, meaning its someone elses fault if hardware goes bad.

No it IS Turbines fault weather they host the servers or 3rd world them out. The fact of the matter is they sell a service and are failing to provide it.

Stuff happens, but when it starts happening to much it becomes time to think about moving on or at least taking an extended break till they get their act together.
