I created the most awsome awsome awsome non- cheese non meat dip...
FRUIT DIP!!!
Chopped up some apples, some bananas, and peeled and fast chopped an orange and took some non fat cool wipp and some gram crackers- there you go.
it was so awsome.

low fat no fat hard to chew, put some real whipped cream in it and maybe i give it a try

dude, use blueberries. SERIOUSLY.
Blueberries are like nature's mega-food. Mix it with some low or non-fat yogurt....

what was your + on the knife of chopping?
(I HAD to post that to stop it from becoming off topic of course!)
And get Acai' berries...make blueberries look like BigMacs compared to their antioxidants and Omega 3's.

chopping is so last mod,
use the power blender for a smoother texture.
i mean seriously even the shroud moved away from chopping blades to swirlng power blender blades so there must be something extra special in the power blender :D
(cant let gems like this go to ot without a fight ;))
