Help request tickets down

Help request tickets are down.. You try to put one in and get a faulire has accurd..Or just a white screen and nothing happens.. Please help us out

I had to exit the quest to be able to summit the ticket just a little FYI

You cannot be in the quest unfortunately and put a help ticket in (I know you mentioned this, but is it down for everyone that tries?). You can do this:

1. Have a friend/guildie put the ticket in for you, and refer to you (then wait 2 hours for a response).

2. Rerun the quest.

Sorry, but this quest sucks for bugs and DM replies.

That is another reason i posted here as I thought the Gm's checked ths thread as well..

I stepped outside the quest to place ticket

I couldn't report one while in the Shroud, and neither could anyone in the group.
