hello i cant reactivate my account

hey help me plz

i cant reactivate my account.

my card had been some problem

so my account was suspended.

but now i corrected my card and my card is ok now, but still i cant reactivate my account with my card

it have [error : 140003]

i tryed to call account management, but cant connect
And i sent some email, but they didnt returned.

this account is not my origin account.

if u reply to this thread
i'll sand my origin account ID and if u need i can sand my card infomation too.

You shouldn't post your username on the forums for your security. I recommend you go back and remove that.

In order to make any changes to your account, you will need to contact the Account Management department so that they can properly verify you. I am sure they will answer your email.
