Hireling bug, anyone have a work around?

Try turning mouse look on and off (or off and on) by pressing T twice.

When I summon a hireling, it bugs out my interface (both mouse and keyboard).

Specifically I cannot attack with the keyboard, and I cannot double-click usable objects with the mouse.

This bug seems to go away over time, even with the hireling in my party. Also sometimes if I alt-tab to another application and back, it fixes it. Other times it doesnt.

Has anyone else experienced this bug and does anyone else have a work-around for it (other than attacking with the mouse and using objects with the keyboard, which is my current, but extremely annoying, workaround.

I run Windows XP and Windows Vista. I have ran with two hirelings in the same party many times and never had a problem like yours.

I have only had the BUG when you go from one instance of a dungeon, say STK, into another and your hirelings are out. Then you get hosed.

Then you get the dreaded FOREVER cleaning up connections.

Of which the work around for that on the Windows XP is to just delete the program instance and restart. BAM. No wait.
