First time crafting help

Hi All..
I finally got arround to crafting a greensteel longsword. I am looking for a good main all purpose damager (I'm contantly playing backup tank/wizard bodyguard w/ my guild groups). Any suggestions as to what I should go with?

Single supreme shard upgrade (12 large ingredients): +/+/+ (http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~delallea/ddo/shroud/cgi-bin/shroud.cgi?item=item&weapon=longsword&effects=holy,__good,_good,great_disr_&altar=3)
Dual supreme shard upgrade (24 large ingredients): mineral II (http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~delallea/ddo/shroud/cgi-bin/shroud.cgi?item=item&weapon=longsword&effects=mineral2_weap_,holy,_acid,__acid&altar=3) or lightning II (http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~delallea/ddo/shroud/cgi-bin/shroud.cgi?item=item&weapon=longsword&effects=lightning_strike_,holy,_shocking,__shockin g&altar=3).
You can edit them all to tweak them (in particular to replace the relatively weak blast dmg effect with, say, +4 insight AC, or a +2 to some stat).

Thanks for the reply. The Lightning Strike/Holy/Shocking sound interesting. I guess it's off to the Shroud to farm Larges.
