Puncturing is the key... I would want it except that I have a W/P one. :D

I would guess if you don't mind the sale taking a while, you could get 600K to 1000K plat value for it. (I.e. 2 scales and 2 chains for example).

But there aren't a lot of heavy repeater builds (compared to melee piercing or slashing for example), so if you want to sell it quick, you might have to take less.

i personally don't think it's worth more than 100k plat it's a nice to have but any repeater build that want to puncture can get a +1 shock of puncturing and use house d bolts to make it +3 and since puncture doesn't matter what the base damage it is it will proc on a crit reguardless.

True, but being +5 to hit they can use fire bolts from a wand or scroll and have the extra damage plus the +2 to hit over +3 bolts. It all depends on how they want to play it.

I agree with lifespawn here. While it is a nice wep and all.. Maybe 100 tops 200k pp for the repeater

Ah... Somehow I was thinking "Shocking Burst". Not that it would make a huge difference. But I was thinking of it as a very good DPS AND Puncturing. So a person wouldn't have to think much about what they were shooting and it would just work.

Even so, I prolly overestimated. Without the Burst, I'm agreeing with the rest.
