In the Arms and Equipment Guide for 3.5 there was a sword called the 'Sword of Graceful Strikes' (or something close to that) that allowed you to use your dex modifier for damage instead of your str modifier. Chances of seeing something like that? Maybe on a raid item in the next mod?
